Daily Outfit Challenge – Day 27

Day 27  Tuesday 2/11/10

Pink Jumper: La Redoute
White Lace Back Vest Top (unseen): H&M
Tutu Skirt: New Look
Black Tights: M&S
Black Studded Heels: New Look
Grey Over The Knee Socks: H&M
Pink Ballet Flats: Barratts

Ok, as you can see I actually changed my outfit half way through the day haha! I wasn’t really feeling the black tights so I put on the socks and flats instead, although I don’t know if you can see, it started raining as I was walking home and I got my feet soaked =(
Anyway, this outfit today was inspired by the lovely Charlotte from girl next door fashion by this very post! You can also see her outfit below. I realised I had the same skirt as her, and I had never thought of wearing it this way before, I’ve always gone for the typical ballerina look, but this is a lot more up to date and seasonal with a comfy warm jumper.

I think that she probably picked a better day than I did to wear this skirt though because not only was it rainy as I went home, it was also very windy all day, not a good idea in this lightweight flippy skirt =( I had a car beep its horn at me actually, I think my skirt had blown up or something!

Love,

Are you ready for winter. Love the fashion tips. Do you ever use charity shops for clothing?

I do occasionally shop in charity shops, although I don’t get much time to do so nowadays! I used to go to charity shops a lot when I was a student, but working full time, a lot of my clothes now come from online 🙂
