Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow

Haven’t got much to say today for once!! All I’ve done is go to Latin, which only lasted for 40 minutes instead of 2 hours because only one other person turned up, and she hadn’t translated much so we got sent away! I didn’t have anything to do then because I hadn’t expected to be left with an hour to do something so I tried to go to the Classics Library, but there was a class in there, so I went to the main Robinson Library instead.

I actually did something productive in the library, and that was to look up some books for my Human Dissection essay (yes, you heard right, Human Dissection!). I actually found two possibly useful ones, and I am ashamed to say, they were the first books I’d actually taken out of the library haha! I was a bit scared it hadn’t worked and the alarm would go off, but it was all good!

Pink Cardigan: TK Maxx (see below)
Grey Lace Collar Top: Topshop (swap girls!!)
Waist Belt: Topshop
Striped Skirt: Forever21
Green Tights (new!): George at Asda
Owl Necklace: Forever21 (see close up below)
This pink cardigan is really lovely! It’s really thick and woolly and warm, and about 10 years old! I seem to be rediscovering a lot of my old clothes at the moment, I gave this to my mum when I was about 16, but she didn’t wear it so I stole it back. I can’t believe I ever let it go, it’s so warm and snuggly, even though it doesn’t really look it. These green tights are also new (as is the Forever21 skirt), I bought them in Asda last night. My last pair of Asda tights, some pink/red ones (I have them in a post somewhere!) I’m not too fond of because they tend to fall down A LOT, it is not fun pulling them up all day, but these were absolutely fine! They’re the exact same shape and size, so who knows?!
Right, I’m trying to eat ice cream right now, and Ben wants my laptop, so I’d better be going. Mmmmmm ice cream, it’s Ben & Jerry’s but I can’t remember the name right now, caramel ice cream with caramel swirls and nut clusters, yuummmmyyy!

Love,

That striped skirt is so fun! I think the belt really brings your whole outfit “together.”
