So here’s the outfit I promised you the other day =) It was from Saturday evening when I went to the cinema with my family, then out for tea afterwards, and I have to say that it was one of my favourite outfits I’ve worn in a long time =D But what’s annoying is that I won’t be able to recreate it whenever I want because the skirt is via The Lovely Ones clothes swap from Charlotte of Girl Next Door Fashion. So now I’m on the lookout for a similar skirt, which is difficult because it’s vintage haha!
I felt a little bit too dressed up for the cinema in this outfit, but that’s just how I always am!! My family kept telling me I was going to fall over because we have to walk on cobbled streets to get there, but I was fine! For some reason I felt as though I was dressed how I would be if I was a teacher (which I hope one day to be!!), I’m not sure why though =D But the skirt is so flouncy and makes you want to spin all the time haha!!

So the film we went to see was 127 Hours. It was good, but very gruesome aaaahhh! I don’t want to give it away, but my mum already did before we went to see it haha! It’s a true story of a man who is out hiking in Utah near Moab (where we went a couple of years ago so it was exciting to see!) and falls into a canyon where he gets his hand stuck behind a rock and ends up being stuck there for, you guessed it, 127 hours, with only a bottle of water and barely no food. It’s a very gritty film, but an amazing story, and definitely created a lot of conversation after haha! On the way back we stopped at our local Indian for a meal, which as always was amazing, simply because I love curry!!
These shoes are one of my three favourite pairs ever! I tried on a black pair before my leavers ball in 2009 but they were too expensive especially since I had a nice dress too, so I ended up just wearing New Look heels, but I could never forget about these heels. I kept looking at them on the internet and finally came across this amazing red pair for half price, from £110 down to £65!! That’s still pretty expensive for me, but I loved them so much I had to get them! That’s the most I’ve spent on a pair of shoes, and I got my Jeffrey Campbells for the exact same price, although they were a birthday present. So all in all, I love these shoes, they’re pretty, they smell nice (the rubber is injected with a bubblegum scent!) and they’re really comfortable (even though they’re a size too small!!).
Love,
AMAZING SHOES!! and what a great deal on them :]]
I really, really love the way you’ve styled my skirt :]]
It was actually from ebay, even though it’s vintage, if that makes it any easier to track down :]]

So so so jealous of those shoes!!!! The skirt looks great on you as well!
I’ve been debating whether I want to see 127 Hours – I’m a total wimp went it comes to gruesome stuff. I might have to now!

I really love your heels! They looks so fun! Your whole outfit is really too!
Those heels are adorable – and they smell like bubblegum too? That’s awesome. I just linked over to your blog from The Lovely Ones on Facebook, so this is my first read, but your outfits are so cute!!
