Grrrr, I just spent about an hour making this blog post but my internet decided it didn’t like it, and didn’t even save it as a draft =( Well it saved the title but the rest was gone!! Apparently this skirt and I are not destined to be together, since last time I wore it I fell over and couldn’t get an outfit photo of it, and this time my post was deleted!
This post is now considerably shorter than the original because I’m too lazy to write out everything again! Basically I complained about lack of sleep blah blah blah, it was probably depressing anyway!!
So about the outfit, this is a skirt I received via The Lovely Ones clothes swap all the way from Amy in South Korea. You can see an outfit post of how she styled it here. I’m loving the clothes swap so far, I’ve been able to meet (in virtual internet-y terms) some really amazing girls, and I’ve been able to try out styling clothes I might not necessarily have picked out, and I’ve seen different ways my own clothes can be styled. My sister and I are going shopping in Leeds again tomorrow, so I’m very excited about that! There are loads of shops in Leeds that we don’t have in York and Newcastle, so even though it’s a little bit further away, it’s worth it to be able to go to Urban Outfitters and American Apparel. Hopefully this weekend as well Ben and I are going to York because there’s a ring in the Antiques Centre there that I have wanted for a loooong time and he might buy it for me =D Oh and I have some other exciting news: Ben and I have bought a sofa haha! The ones in our flat have really low backs and aren’t really big enough for two people to sit on (what’s the point in them really?!), so we’ve bought a corner sofa in the sale at Asda. I’ll take some pictures for you when it arrives!!
