So I’ve been at home for a few days over the weekend, and at the doctors yesterday, but feeling a lot better now (thank you to everyone who wished me well!). I only just got back to Newcastle this morning, it felt really funny actually because I had a 25 mile car journey, a 60 mile (ish) train journey, then 2 buses, and I was back at just after 10, but sometimes I won’t even be up till then!
This is my outfit from Friday; I think I’m just going to have to accept that I’m not going to get my 30 for 30 outfits posted on the right days or in the right order haha, I think I have about 6 days I need to shoot and post!! Never mind =D
Mustard Yellow Jumper: George at Asda
Brown Shorts: Shop in Rome
Tan Tights: M&S
Cream Socks: Topshop
Brown Heeled Boots: Barratts
Black Flat Oxfords: Primark
I couldn’t decide upon shoes for this outfit, I find it really hard to match shoes up with these socks because they’re really thick and tend to bunch around my ankles. So especially with only 5 pairs to choose from it was really difficult! Now I think about it I should have just worn my flat brown boots, and they would have been better for the weekend because I took no boots home and it snowed again!! Yucks!
Aaaah close up haha! Not wearing much make up or anything here. In fact I haven’t really been wearing make up at all recently because I just haven’t been bothered, not wearing any at all today and I’ve got two lectures to go to!
Anyway, I ended up having a lovely weekend at home: I went to my sister’s friend’s 18th (pictures to come later!) on Saturday night, then on Sunday it was Ben’s sister’s 21st so we went out for lunch at a local pub (pictures of that too!), then in the afternoon saw my grandparents on one side, then on Monday obviously I went to doctors, saw my other grandparents and saw my mum’s friend and her children which was fun! But with all this I didn’t manage to get any work done =(
