Day 8/30

I’m a day behind on outfit photos at the moment, but nevermind! So these pictures are from yesterday. We had funny light in the living room where I usually take my indoor photos so had to move back to the kitchen for them, which I don’t really like doing =( My pictures from today are going to be inside too because I haven’t taken them yet and it’s already dark!
Red Cardigan: New Look
Stripy Crochet Collar Top: Republic
Waist Belt: Zara
Camel Chinos: Zara
Black Flats: Primark
I feel like this outfit is nothing exciting to look at really, and to be honest it looked better without the cardigan, but it was too cold to be without! But by wearing these trousers I’ve been trying to take myself out of my comfort zone a bit, which is why I put these in the 30 for 30, to force myself to wear them more. I generally feel much more confident in skirts and dresses, even if I’m sat around the house I’d prefer to be in a skirt than in trousers or joggers or something =)
Ok, now you are going to get a fabulous photo of me, the likes of which you will have never seen before. This is me, at 6.50am, excited because our new sofa had just arrived, yay! I am excited buuuutt… who delivers sofas before 7am, before 9am for that matter?! Anyway, here it is, I’d been awake for a total of about 10 minutes and had thrown on my dressing gown and some beautiful Primark joggers so the delivery men weren’t too shocked!!

Haha! Beautiful, I know!! Anyway, you probably want to actually see the sofa out of the boxes now! We rent our flat, you see, and the sofas that came with it had really low backs and were difficult for two people to sit comfortably on, so we decided to buy own one that we can keep forever…or at least until I break it! It feels very grown up because it’s a big purchase that we both put our money towards =) I’ve never bought something like this before so I find it all very exciting haha!

Also I thought I’d just show you my nails I did today =) A bit strange, but I couldn’t decide which colour I wanted to use, so I used both! The green is Topshop and the purple is Barry M. The purple is actually a lighter colour than in looked in the bottle which is a bit annoying because it doesn’t show as well as I thought, but it’s still a pretty colour.

In fact the purple looks pink here but it is purple in real life, sort of…! Anyway, that’s all from me today =)

Love,
