For once I actually don’t have much to say today! I’ve been out today to York to go food shopping and optician-ing with my mum and sister. I bought some new lipstick, I’ve been looking for a good coral colour for ages but I have failed to find one orangey enough for my liking, but I settled with an almost orange one today, although I’m not sure what it looks like on yet as I’m wearing my usual Barry M magic colour changing one right now.
So I went to the opticians, had my eye test, and I need new glasses, as I already knew, considering that I couldn’t see out of them especially in my right eye, which is kind of dangerous. I’m also going to try out contacts again, I’ve done a few trials before but they’ve all scratched my eyes, so I’m having 2 weekly ones this time instead of monthly. I chose some new glasses which I’m hoping to get before I go to Florida because I actually really like these ones! But I don’t think I will get them by then, never mind.
I actually wore my wedges out for shopping today which I was pretty proud of =) I thought I looked older, more sophisticated etc, until the woman in the optician asked my age and was shocked when I said 20, she said she thought I was under 16… I’m 21 in a couple of months!! I never thought I looked young for my age though =S

Tomorrow I’m going to this awesome place called the Forbidden Corner with Beth and two of my school friends Kiki and Fran, I’ll be sure to take some photos because it is awesome! I keep seeing that skirt, and found it in Primark yesterday but didn’t buy it for some reason!
I need new glasses too but refuse to pay for them as I never actually wear them!

Some people are odd judges of age. I’ve passed for 15 before (I mean, I was 18…), and I’ve also passed as 25 at basically the same age. Strange. I’d say you look about your age!

You definitely don’t look 16! Hate to say it but maybe she needed her eyes testing?? I wear contacts most of the time and have got used to them, but I know they irritate some peoples eyes.. Love the wedges and the pleated skirt! 🙂 xx

Best of luck with your contacts! They sure can be a pain in the butt sometimes. I’m supposed to wear my contacts, but I haven’t put them in in two years! Good thing my eyesight isn’t too terrible,ha.
