Florida Part 3: Disney Parks

Okay, so the above two photos are sort of miscellaneous ones but I whacked them here anyway! The first is from a Disney park, Animal Kingdom, but we didn’t get many photos there because we left early due to massive downpour and attack of thunderstorms which meant we didn’t get to do Expedition Everest and Kali River Rapids because they got closed in case we got struck by lightning, boo hoo!! And the second is, again, due to rain! In Seaworld this time, we had to shelter for ages from the rain because it was pouring down.

And the above photos are, of course, from Epcot, another Disney park! And yes, again, in the rain!! There wasn’t as much rain this day, we missed most of it when we were queuing for a ride and on the ride so it was okay! But we still had to get the ponchos out, this giant pink marshmallow became my best friend for the duration of the holiday! I’m wearing one of my new Forever 21 dresses here, with my Matalan bag, and (please forgive me!!) Croc sandals!! Aaahhh can’t believe I had to wear Crocs!! They’re actually my mum’s, but the shoes I took turned out to be impractical for parks all day, they were too flat if that makes sense! And they don’t look like Crocs, so it’s alright, right??!

You don’t need two guesses for this one, it’s Magic Kingdom of course!! And again, it rained that day!! We didn’t manage to do any of the mountains (Big Thunder, Space and Splash) because of the rain =( We queued for about an hour in Big Thunder Mountain because they suspended the rain due to the storm, but it didn’t look like the rain was stopping so we eventually left the queue. We also had fast passes for Splash Mountain but it was closed (lightning again of course) so we missed our slot. Then because those two were closed, Space Mountain ended up having a MASSIVE queue, so we didn’t bother to wait in it. But we managed to get everything else done, so it was still an amazing day (as always in Disney!). We even did the river boat around Tom Sawyer island which we’d never done before, so that was lovely =) My playsuit here is from Primark, and everything else the same as before (including the shoes!)
Love,

Very cute playsuit, and if there’s anywhere to wear Crocs, it’s Disneyland! They are are nicest-looking Crocs I’ve seen. Space Mountain at Disneyland in California always has THE longest line too, even on weekdays. It seems like the only way to ride it is to get in line right after the park opens or get a Fast Pass before noon.

Glad you were able to have a good time, even with all that rain. I really want to go to these parks someday.
