Before I start this post, I just wanted to ask if some of you would be so lovely and favourite this look on Chictopia?? They’re doing a contest where you enter a look for your favourite charity then the winner’s charity will receive a donation from Chictopia and I’d love it if my charity could win! The charity my look is dedicated to is the Yorkshire Air Ambulance. They do an amazing job of rescuing people who are ill or injured from the area in which I live; Yorkshire is a huge area and includes a few cities, but is also filled with isolated areas. For example, although the place where I live is a market town, if I needed to get to hospital in an emergency, by road it would take me at least 30 minutes (15 miles) to the nearest hospital, and that one wouldn’t even be able to treat a serious emergency. In the case of a serious emergency, by road it would take over an hour for me to reach somewhere that could treat that; the problem is that these serious emergencies often need to be treated as soon as possible, less than an hour. The solution to this is the Yorkshire Air Ambulance who are on duty 365 days a year ready to attend medical emergencies in even the most isolated areas of Yorkshire, including hikers the hills of the Peak District, and especially the elderly communities living in rural areas of the North York Moors, particularly in times like last winter when they were snowed in and unable to get out of their houses or villages for nearly 4 months of winter. They have saved countless lives in our community and area and I think they deserve to receive as much aid as they can…just think that one day it might be you or me in the position when you need them to save your life. I’m representing the helicopter here by spinning haha!! So please just favourite this look on Chictopia by clicking the button below to vote for the Yorkshire Air Ambulance to receive a donation, thank you =)

So, onto the outfit now!! At the moment I’m still finding it very difficult to keep up with my blogging, hence my lack of commenting recently (sorry!) because I’m still not feeling so brilliant. This morning I got up at my normal time of around 8am (having been woken up by Ben leaving for work at 7am), I was working on the sofa in my living room before my lectures and I fell asleep again. This is the third time this has happened. I keep getting so tired I fall asleep at times and places I usually wouldn’t. For example, I cannot sleep in moving vehicles, it’s just impossible for me, even on planes, but the other day I fell asleep in the car because I’d walked around York for an hour and got too tired. I had a long day yesterday and worked really hard even though I was exhausted so I think it was again too much for me. But I keep dressing up in blog-worthy outfits because it makes me feel better about myself so I’m determined to get them blogged!!
Again, there I go with my health!! I’m sorry but it’s just taken over my life right now. I’m going to book another Drs appointment soon. Anyway, while I was taking these photos this man was walking his dog in the graveyard, but he was nice and didn’t look at me so I just carried on =) I see this man out of the window walking his dog twice a day every day. The dog is absolutely lovely, she’s a sheepdog (I decided on the ‘she’ haha), and you can tell he really loves her because he walks her for a long time round and round there and plays with her constantly. I want a dog up here!!

Right then, well I’d better get back on with work. I now have a title for my dissertation. I met my dissertation supervisor for the first time yesterday and he was really nice and helpful which has made me more enthusiastic about it so that’s good =) But I’ve still got massive amounts of translation to do so I shall be getting on with that now. Don’t forget to vote for me on Chictopia please!! I’ll put another button at the bottom here so it’s easier for you, thank you!!
What a lovely idea, I’ll defo support your page. Also love this outfit and the fact that you shot these pictures in the graveyard. Very nice. I’m sorry you’re not feeling to great at the moment, I hope you can get everything sorted at the drs. Loves xxx
Hi Sian, found you via Chictopia 🙂 I love the red and yellow together in your outfit. A good choice of charity too, I love that you picked something close to home.

Oh, I hope you start to feel better soon, and your energy comes back. This is such a worthy charity. And I saw your photo on the front page on chictopia!! I really like these colours together, you look gorgeous. I wouldn’t mind stealing your legs for a day.
I cannot do photos if anyone is around, even if they are being all polite and have a cute dog!!
Lots of love xx
Sorry to hear you’re still not feeling up to snuff yet. Get well soon and don’t overwork yourself so much! Your brain functions better when it’s well rested anyway. This outfit is lovely, that jumper looks great on you. I haven’t been taking many outfit photos lately either but mostly it’s laziness, the Sims 3 and my zombie novel’s fault!
