A Camera Story Part 2: The Good Bit

You probably all hated me for that massive post complaining about Canon and my camera yesterday, so I’ll let you have a break today and I won’t talk so much =D These are the first photos I took as soon as I got my camera back, I ran straight outside with my tripod. After a while Ben came to check on it, so some are by him too, and Lottie (dog) wanted in on the action too!! They’re not the best photos ever, the light was funny and I have a cold, but they’re with my camera, and I couldn’t be happier about that. I got some pretty good photos today though, I’ll try and get those up tomorrow!
Today has been a lot nicer and warmer than yesterday, I’ve been sat outside in a sundress pretty much all day (just wait till tomorrow to see the pictures!!) and I’ve started photographing my 4 bin bags of clothes for eBay – I’ve been hoarding old clothes for a while, and some are Ben’s, so if you or your boyfriend/brother etc. want some new very cheap clothes (all auctions will be starting at 99p!), I’ll be listing those as soon as possible.

Dress: ASOS petite (Christmas present from parents)
Cardigan: New Look
Flatforms: New Look
I got this dress from my parents for Christmas, and despite wearing it loads, I’ve never had a chance to photograph it, I guess because I was sulking about my camera. So here it is!! It’s difficult to see, but it has a sort of pretend wrap around bit in the middle with buttons going at a diagonal on the side, and I think the shape of it is very 40s tea dress. I love it.
Tomorrow I’m going shopping with my sister in York, hoping to get some Topshop lipstick and MAC eyeliner, and try not to get any new clothes (like that’s going to happen when the Spring collections are in shops!!). I’m super excited for Saturday too, I’m meeting up with some local bloggers!! I know that Rachel and Caroline are going to be there, and I’m really excited to meet them (although it turns out Caroline and I knew each other when I was a lot younger, crazy!!). And I’m still crazy busy doing dissertation, but I’m really enjoying doing my research for it right now, even though I’ve already filled a whole book with notes – I’m going to have SO much to cut down. Everyone else’s seem to have already been handed in or are due very soon, but mine isn’t due till May, I feel as though I should be finished!! Anyway, happier day than yesterday, and I’ll hopefully be back tomorrow.
PS: Hello new followers!! I noticed you all there =) I’m nearly up to 300 now which is crazy, I can’t believe you all want to read this haha =D
