I managed to do an outfit post!! Finally!! As you all probably know from my massive complaining, I’ve had loads of work recently, and still do, but I managed to get a lot of it done yesterday, and I got up with Ben today at 7am – nearly gave him a heart attack when I walked into the kitchen, I never get up with him!! – so I managed to be dressed by 7.30am, had my breakfast and put on some washing, and by 8.30am I’d read up on all the blogs I like and taken outfit photos!! Wahoo for a productive morning!! I’m not in uni until 1pm so I still have loads of time to do more work =D I’ve decided today is going to be a good day.

I’m still camera-less and using Ben’s camera; I phoned Canon yesterday because my camera has now been in for repairs for 2 weeks (and been broken and away from me for 3 months) and the website where I can track it just says that it’s ‘being processed’, and has done for 2 weeks. The phone call was, yet again as with all my phone calls to Canon, pointless. He told me that he didn’t know what was happening, but it might be finished by the end of the week, but it might not. Cardigan: Woolovers
Collar: eBay
Dress: Primark
Satchel: Christmas Present
Flatforms: New Look
Anyway, the outfit! I often forget to post what is a pretty big part of my outfit everyday, a bag. I carry some sort of bag pretty much every day, and this is my usual uni one. I got this one for Christmas from my parents when I was in my first year, but unfortunately I haven’t been able to use it much this semester because I’ve had a lot more books to carry round than usual so I’m worried of breaking the strap, I already did that once from carrying my dictionaries round!! So I’ve been alternating between a couple of Cath Kidston ones at the moment. And the shoes: these are the flatforms I got from New Look and wore at the weekend. I’d spent forever trawling the internet looking on all sorts of sites for some cheap flatforms after seeing them on other bloggers. Despite not finding the ones I wanted online, I did discover some new sites like Nine West shoes for women at Macy’s after it was recommended to me. Although these ones from New Look are a little big (so are stuffed with tissues!), I’m very pleased with them.
Such a cute spring time outfit 🙂 I love spring time when you can start injecting a bit of colour into every day outfits. Winter clothes are so bland!
