Sorry for the bad quality of these photos, and for the next 4 sets to come – had to do them all very quickly to get the competition up and it was a crazy day weather wise!! I will definitely get some outtakes up from this day because they are hilarious! The wind was absolutely crazy, hence why the dresses with the floatier skirts have their pictures solely inside! The material of this dress meant it was just about okay to wear in the crazy speed winds, but there are still some pretty awful pictures haha =D
This strapless red flared dress was my favourite of all the picks for the competition – it comes in a variety of colours too. But the shape of it is so pretty – I love a sweetheart neckline and a flared skirt, plus it manages to stay up on me, which is a major plus in a strapless dress for me! I added the belt just to highlight the flariness (totally a word…) of the skirt which it really does. It would be such a perfect Valentines outfit for me, although I’m unlikely to actually do anything or dress up for Valentines haha!
Red Strapless Flared Dress: c/o Chiara Fashion
Belt: Tu at Sainsburys
Heels: ASOS (exact ones)
These are those heels I got for Christmas from my parents from ASOS, remember them here? Well, these are not those exact ones – I literally wore them for those pictures, but they were far too big and exchanged them for a size smaller which fit me so much better. So word of advice, if you plan to buy these shoes, go a size smaller!
I’m kinda poorly at the moment again – still leftover illness from gallbladder removal/post-operation infection they think. I was on some super strong antibiotics to try and knock the infection out of me which it seems to have done, but I was having dizzy spells that I’d attributed to the infection, then the antibiotics, but they’re still happening. In fact so badly that I ended up having an x-ray on my wrist because I fell on it when I went dizzy (don’t worry, it’s just badly bruised!) and now having to have more tests and things, which means them taking blood from me again, yucksss. I’m worried they’ll hit a nerve/tendon again, that was serious ouch. Hopefully I’ll get myself sorted out soon though. It’s most likely just to be some effect of the operation, because really I went back to work far too quickly – I was told to take more time off but refused and now I’m paying for it. So anyway, don’t look too closely at my forehead in any of these pictures or you might see a big ole bump I’ve tried to disguise with make up =/
The red dress look very goog on you.Keep it up, you are looking good in your outfits. Love Ina
