Another dress from the Chiara Fashion competition, which is now finished by the way! The winners were announced in the newsletter which you should have received yesterday, so make sure to check that because I’m not sure if the winners were emailed separately or not, and congratulations to those of you that won the dress you wanted!! This is another dress that I was forced to photograph inside because of the horrid weather! I love the sequin bodice of it, but unfortunately the skirt length hits just at the wrong place on my legs, slightly shorter or longer would be perfect! But the chiffon skirt was so pretty to swish around in, even if it was a little unflattering on me! As you all know, I cannot resist sequins =D
Red Sequin Chiffon Dress: c/o Chiara Fashion
Red Three Strap Heels: Anglomania by Vivienne Westwood
I had to have some blood tests this morning which wasn’t the most fun in my life – I’ve complained before about how rubbish I am to get blood out of, but luckily this nurse was very good, especially when I told her the problems they usually have finding my veins, and she managed to get the needle in first time! I’m still having a few health problems at the moment; I won’t go into detail because I don’t want to bore you all with it, but it seems to mostly be post-operative stress or something – apparently I went back to work too early, then wore myself out getting one of the wounds infected and trying to work through it. Just need to give my body a bit of time to sort itself out I think!
I’ll be back soon with more posts, I have quite a few planned and ready to go, yay for being organised for once in my life! Ben’s parents and sister are coming to see us this weekend and we’re going out for a meal, so I’m excited about that but I need to get the house a bit tidier!!
Oh and I have something very exciting coming up in the next week, so look out for that, I promise it’ll be good =D
As soon as I saw this dress I thought of Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz, you really never can have too many sequins!
