I’m being a bit naughty with my BEDN today – the topic is ‘Something You Made’. I’d been racking my brains trying to think of something I could show that I’d made, but could only come up with the Salted Caramel Crunchy Peanut Biscuits I made a couple of weeks ago, and I thought it would be cheating (and boring) to repost that. I’m not very good at making things in real life – when I worked at a children’s summer camp, I would end up in a stickier mess than the 5 year olds trying to create the example piece to show them! I did consider showing you the cross stitch I’m currently doing, but I haven’t got very far. One thing I do make lots of though is internet content. I spend pretty much all my time on the internet. And today I’ve been very busy working on something new: Big Cup Little Cup.
I started toying with the idea of creating a new blog a few months ago – I decided to wait until I’d got the Thomas the Baker blog up and running first though. And there was no question for me what the blog would be about: lingerie. I’ve reviewed lingerie a few times on this blog, done a survey on bra fit and I started following a few other lingerie blogs recently. And I’ve discovered it’s something I’m passionate about, particularly about getting people wearing the correct size, since I believed for years I was a 34C/D when I really should have been wearing a 28FF/G!
And it’s not just my blog – my friend Charley is going to be running it with me! She’s the ‘little cup’ to my ‘big cup’, but you’ll hear all about that over there. We don’t currently have much (ahem, anything) up there except the About Us because it’s only really gone live today – I’ve spent the day so far working on the design and setting up social media for it. So the pictures at the moment are just to fill the space – we have plans for some much more exciting photos to go there! But be prepared for plenty of reviews, some rants on wearing the correct size (in particular people’s short sighted views of cup size!), wishlists and undercover bra fittings (ooohh!!). We’re also going to be featuring lots of our friends in an array of different shapes and sizes – some have even agreed to it! So, we would love it if you would follow us at:
This looks like a great idea. More people need to know their bra size. Will definitely be following. Here’s a request for a post actually – where can you go nowadays to get a larger cup size that’s not going to break the bank? That’s my biggest struggle. Good luck! 🙂 x
