So Adventure is Out There might be the name of my other blog and an awesome Disney quote, but I’ve stolen it right now for the title of this post because it fitted just so well! I’m a little bit obsessed with map print at the moment and keep seeing it everywhere, from wallpapers to clothing and fabrics and even Christmas tree baubles. I actually gifted Ben the above bauble as an early Christmas present, mostly because I wanted it for our tree and needed an excuse for buying it! It always seems to be that when you start falling for something (ie. map print in this case), you start seeing it everywhere – is this a new trend or just very sneaky internet advertising?!
Anyway, I’m now wanting to decorate my house and wardrobe entirely with my new lust for map prints, so thought that instead of buying, I should just create a pretty wishlist and dream that I own all these beautiful bits and pieces instead. Urban Outfitters seems to be quite a treasure trove for these pieces, as does Oliver Bonas (this is my newly discovered favourite place for quirky and on trend gifts, for others…and myself…), but Etsy is also packed full too.
Have you spotted anything map print or inspired recently? Which of these pieces from the two collages is your favourite?

I’ve been lusting over that Rachel Riley map dress for a while but keep telling myself that as I already have several map print dresses, I don’t need it!

I know, isn’t it gorgeous?! Strangely, I don’t actually seem to own any map print dresses – I feel I need to rectify this! I think I may grab some of the fabric and do one myself though 🙂
