Photos from two days ago now – right now I am far too ill to be wearing clothes. Well, I am wearing clothes, but they consist of a nightie and the warmest hoodie in the world that I’ve stolen from my mum, plus a duvet and a pillow on the sofa. Yes, that cold/flu that I thought was subsiding is back for a second round, and this time it’s getting me even more. It doesn’t help that my mum has a tooth abscess too and is in and out of the dentist’s. I was supposed to be going to a Benefit event at Debenhams in Middlesbrough tomorrow and taking my sister with me for some shopping, but that looks like it’s not happening anymore. I’ve also had to abandon the work that I only just managed to start getting on with again – means that not only am I wasting valuable dissertation time, it’s also digging into revision and other 5 essays time. *big sigh*
Let’s talk a bit about the outfit then: awesome dress from last year that I love but the plastic boning in it digs in my ribs when I sit down because it’s bent at a funny angle. It’s also horribly creased because it’s been hung in wardrobe for a long time and just pulled straight out. I actually did wear it over winter though here and in Spain last Easter here Hopefully I’ll be back soon, illnessless and a bit cheerier!!
