Sandals: So old I can’t remember!!

Yet another very quick holiday outfit here! I bought this dress in the ASOS sale when it was 70% off a few months before I went on holiday, thinking it would be perfect for holiday, but I in fact ended up wearing it about a week after I bought it because the sun came out at home! But I can’t see any other occasions coming up soon when I might be able to wear it =( I really love the Marilyn Monroe style of it, although the V neck/halterneck is very low cut which I’m just not used to! Fortunately my hair covers a lot of that =D

The sandals are really old, like so old they might be able to be called vintage soon – I’m pretty certain they’re about 10 years old! I stopped wearing them after about 2 summers of them because I got some new ones, then just forgot about them. I rediscovered them recently, and since I didn’t have any nice ‘flip flop’ type shoes to take, I decided to take these. In fact I just remembered, we were walking through the market in Fethiye one day, and the Turkish men are forever shouting at you trying to get you to buy things, so I was walking with Becca (who we met out there), and he shouted: ‘Nice flop flips!!’ at us!! Not that funny in writing, but it was really funny to hear =D
