Keep Going
Another old outfit – this one’s from about 3 or 4 days ago I think!! I can’t even remember what I did on the day I wore this outfit which is strange – usually I remember days or events by what I was wearing, I’ll quite often say: ‘Oh yes, I remember that, I was wearing…’, but this day – blank! Probably means I did nothing of any interest, ie. dissertation reading!! I’ve finally finished reading all my dissertation books though, and very nearly done with the articles – at the moment I have 6 tabs open with articles that are around 15-20 pages each, and once those are read, it’s proper dissertation time!! It won’t taken me long then, I’ve got a lot written out already, it’s just putting it all together properly.
Yesterday was Ben’s cousin William’s 1st birthday party, but I’ll do another post about that because I’ve got my outfit from that plus photos from the party itself to put up. So let’s talk about this outfit: my ASOS blouse which I still really love, I want more blouses!! But I’m saaaaving now and I hate it!! At least I’m nowhere near Primark right now, but I will be again in a week =/ This skirt is a couple of years old now too, and has had plenty of wear – it is good for all seasons because the colours are a little autumnal, but the florals seem springy, so it’s perfect really!

I’ve got to stop wearing these flats too, I just throw them on with everything – that’s how I destroyed my last ones!! This outfit seemed a good one when I first put it together, but it’s not one of my favourites, it just doesn’t seem to fit together quite right and I wasn’t so fond of the photos, but never mind; that’s how your style evolves though isn’t it, you try out an outfit and it doesn’t quite work, but another might another day, you’ve just got to keep trying and pushing yourself.
Not much else to say today, I suppose I’d better get on with my work hadn’t I?! This was supposed to be a quick break, so I’d better go =D

I think this is an adorable little outfit. Best of luck with the dissertation! I was writing mine this time last year and I remember how gruelling it was!
