Day 16/30

Oooh a double post day haha! I need to keep up to date with my schedule though (and get all these 30 for 30 photos up!!). There’s only 5 days left of outfits to pick now. The thing I’ve found most difficult though is this weekend and the last, I’ve come home for both of them (got home last night), so I had to pick out my clothes for Thursday till Monday (so that’s 5 outfits) on Wednesday night, really tough! And try to pick items that I could remix so I didn’t have to take too many clothes home!
I’m still loving this skirt of Elizabeth’s from the Lovely Ones (like the page please!). I really just want to spin everytime I wear it!! And I wore it in a slightly different way here too, with clashing prints (shock! Horror!) I’m not very good at wearing different prints and patterns together, but I think this worked alright?!
Pink Cardigan: T K Maxx
Striped Top with Crochet Collar: Republic
Skirt: Elizabeth via The Lovely Ones
Tights: Primark
Also, I’m sorry about my hair in this, it is a mess. I slept on it when it was partially wet the night before so it was pretty much just stuck in the air! Actually when I first got up it was in like messy curls which actually looked alright (I always wanted curly hair), but there were some bits just stuck in the air so I had to brush those parts, which then went straight but poofy and looked silly with the unbrushed parts, so I just had to brush it all in the end.

Love,

  • Keldy

Ben and I decided to walk the dog at a place called Keldy that’s pretty near where we live. I’ve actually posted about us going there a few times before (see here) and it’s a really lovely place in the woods. In fact it’s where Beth and I did our ‘photoshoot’ pictures this summer!! We…

  1. I LOVE the clashing prints. I have been all about florals and stripes together recently. And the lacy collar on the shirt ties in the skirt beautifully.

  2. I thought I recognised that skirt (makes me sound a little weird..) but love how you’ve worn it, print mixing produces lovely results! xx

  3. Lovely look. I adore the pattern mixing with the amazing skirt and the stripes. Great look.
