Autumnal Zig Zags
This is an oooold outfit, from at least a week ago, because I’m rubbish!! And I’ve been missing for a long time too, also because I’m rubbish =P But really, I went home over the weekend and I didn’t take my laptop, so I had no access to the photos I’d already uploaded but not Flickred (that’s a word…) yet, hence no blogging happened. I was also verrry busy attending the best party in the world!! We held a surprise Disney party for one of my best friends Charley, which included dressing up, a tea party, proper party games, then drinks in the pub and an after party in their holiday cottage. Photos will be coming very soon!
So onto this outfit: yes, more new clothes, I’m sorry!! I really hadn’t bought much before coming back up to Newcastle, but once I’m back in the presence of shops, particularly Primark, I go a little crazy! I bought this dress at the same time as all my other Primark purchases, and again I think it is pretty amazing quality for Primark. I’ve only had it like a week but I’ve already worn it quite a few times (with different coloured tights each time!!). And the zig zags are so cute and different to anything else I own.

I have something else to confess: I also went shopping this weekend! I only bought two items of clothing, an H&M skirt for £3.99 (so that doesn’t even count, right?!) and a dress from Dorothy Perkins. I’d been searching for one similar allll over the internet and found the cheapest at £25, but I got this one for just under £18 with my student discount, yay! I’m planning to wear it next weekend because it’s Ben’s birthday and we’re going out for a meal, and also my great aunt from Canada is coming to stay so we’ll be going out then too. I really want to get a detachable collar to wear with it, I may have to buy one =S I saw one on Etsy…I’m so tempted to buy it now!!

Hah, my outfits are something like 2 weeks behind right now for the most part, so a week old is nothing :p That dress is rather amazing, the pattern is almost more like abstract fractals than just zigzags, kinda trippy. I really like the puffy sleeves too. This looks great on you.
