She’s done it again! This was another cosy love story from B. K. Borison!
I picked up my first B. K. Borison romance late last year – it was the prequel to this one, First-Time Caller. Cute contemporary romances have only really hit my shelf in the past year, and B. K. Borison has soared to the top of my fave authors in the genre – she’s become an auto-buy author for me and I’m excited to read through her already published books!
And Now, Back To You by B. K. Borison is now available to buy, click below:

We met Jackson in First-Time Caller as the radio weatherman who struggles to move out of his lane, overtaken by panic when he has to take over the main radio show for 20 minutes. Delilah Stewart works in the TV studio that shares the same car park, and despite Jackson’s countless post-its on her car, she still can’t stay with her lines. Her job is supposed to be the weather forecast, but her boss has her doing all manner of ridiculous features, the latest being dressing up as a turtle on live TV. When the two are assigned a job together to travel to the mountains to report on an incoming snowstorm, they’re clearly not all that pleased about working together, but they’ll do it for the sake of their jobs. Will the pairing up force them to learn how to work together, or something more? (And clue, there’s only one room…and one bed)
The opposites attract trope is strong in this one! Of course, you know what’s going to happen, but the tension and suspense building on our way there is something else.
The setting, in a remote mountain town where they’re cut off from everyone else in a snowstorm, was just so gorgeously cosy. When they return home, it’s like a bubble has popped and you’re grabbing for it to pull it all back together again.
Delilah is such a fun character – she’s at times ditzy and wacky, but also a strong character who knows what she wants. It’s great to see her take charge during the book, in love and in her job, to finally get what she deserves.
Jackson is sweet and awkward, and so heartfelt. He cares for his two younger twin sisters and is trying to navigate that parental relationship to teens at a young age himself. This backstory just makes you love him all the more, and the way that Delilah entwines with his family towards the end is so lovely.

I loved this book, even more than the first in the series in fact! I’m looking forward to book 3, whenever that will come!
Thank you to Netgalley, the author and the publisher for an ARC of this book.
